Very bad product! It drops with a certain frequency, duplicates the registration of leads and disappears with the conversation history. Support is inefficient in quickly resolving issues. I have constant losses with this solution and I am moving on to my own development. I don't recommend it and I discourage people from trying this.

I could say something like this: It just works But really, this is a good solution - I work here with WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram and if there are any issues, Wazzup team finds solution for it really quick - so I should praise quality of widget itself, it's stability and support, which don't forget about any of your questions - it gave me really great experience
it doesnt work at all... the support team is available always to answer queries but they are not fully aware of their own product.. and lot of bugs and loopholes in the product... it needs serious working on the backend.
just stable whatsapp and instagram connection to zoho crm with automatic deals creation. It's convenient that they have chat interface that looks very native to whtasapp chat
If we change the box phone the app dont work, we try to talk with developers of wazzup but they say its not possible modyfy that, for the rest, good app sync with WhatsApp Business.
Definitely a smooth and professional extension, it took us about 6 months and trying several extensions to finally fin Wazzup. This is the real deal, their support is fast and effective and everything works like a professional product and not an unfinished one, this should be the only extension available for whatsapp on Zoho.
Excellent application, you can have a single number for all salespeople, and they can chat with their customers only, or with all customer, It depends on how you configure the permissions, and everything is recorded in the CRM
We already forget that if a seller leaves, he takes all the contacts and chats in his personal whats app
I had a challenge when starting but once I understood how it works it is a great app. only issue is payment plan is not so flexible. Paying per channel was not favorable to our business
