Yes, CommunitySpaces offers a free plan with basic features, fit for small communities or to test the platform. Upgraded plans unlock more advanced features.
Absolutely, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
When you switch from a higher paid plan to a lower one, you’ll lose access to features only available on the higher plan, but your data won’t be deleted. You can still access everything again when you upgrade later.
For example, if you are moving from the Growth plan (100 spaces) to the Standard plan (50 spaces), access will be revoked for 50 of the spaces. You won’t be able to access them on the Standard plan, but if you upgrade back to the Growth plan, all 100 spaces will become fully available again.
